How far in advance should I book?

We recommend booking at least 2 hours in advance for airport rides. Same-day bookings are available based on driver availability. For weddings and large events, book at least 2 weeks ahead.

Do you track flights?

Yes. For all airport transfers, we monitor your flight in real time and adjust your driver's arrival time if your flight is early or delayed — at no extra charge.

Are your rates flat or metered?

All our rates are flat — you see the price before you book and that's what you pay. No surge pricing, no tolls added on top, no surprises.

What is your cancellation policy?

How do I reach my driver?

Once a driver is assigned, you'll receive an SMS with their name and vehicle. You can also call dispatch at 781-866-0921 at any time.

Do you service Providence or Worcester?
