Standard Bookings

• 2+ hours before pickup: Free cancellation, full refund
• Less than 2 hours before pickup: 50% cancellation fee
• No-show or cancellation after driver dispatched: Full fare charged

Wedding & Event Bookings

Due to the planning and vehicle hold involved, wedding and event bookings have different terms. Please contact us at the time of booking to review the specific policy for your event.

Flight Delays

If your inbound flight is delayed, there is no cancellation fee. We track your flight and your driver adjusts automatically. Call us at 781-866-0921 if your flight is cancelled entirely.
